At Ganafric, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us and initiate a return request. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return and refund:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was delivered.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- All accessories and included items must be returned.
- You must provide your order number or other proof of purchase.
Products that are used, damaged after delivery, incomplete, or returned without their original packaging may not qualify for a refund.
Refund Amount
Once your return is approved, you will receive a refund equal to 75% of the amount paid for the product.
The remaining 25% covers the original delivery, handling, and order fulfilment costs, which are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

We recommend using a reliable and trackable delivery service. Ganafric cannot be held responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged during transportation.
Refund Processing Time
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using Mobile Money or another refund method agreed upon with our customer support team.
